We are a registered charity (number 1076244) founded by a group of local people and counsellors with the aim of providing low cost counselling services to the community which is accessible to all. We believer that counselling should not be a privilege so we offer a sliding scale fee structure, funded places and a Contribution Assistance Scheme.
The Trustees and Clinical Services Manager are responsible for the development of the service aided by an Office Administrator and two volunteer administrators.
We ask for a minimum contribution of £25.00 for the initial appointment and £22.00 for each weekly counselling session.

- Elmbridge Community Hub, 72 High Street Walton on Thames Surrey KT12 1BU – Wheelchair access and hearing loop available
- Cobham Centre Oakdene Road Cobham Surrey KT11 2LY – Wheelchair access
- Maybury Centre, Board School Road Woking Surrey GU21 5HD – Wheelchair access and hearing loop available
We are an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and as such we are bound by its Ethical Framework and its Complaints Procedure.
We are supported by the Mrs Smith and Mount Trust, The Baker Family Trust, The Community Foundation for Surrey, Elmbridge Borough Council, Walton Charities and we are a member of Woking Borough Council’s Community Support Scheme
